Role Overview The Business Development Representative (INTL) will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel engagement with senior marketing leaders across Tech, FinTech, and Telco companies in EMEA and APAC. Based in Pune, this role focuses on outbound, account-based outreach to a defined list of target accounts, with the goal of securing high-quality meetings for the Sales team. Key Responsibilities: Execute outbound, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, video) to a defined list of named accounts Engage senior marketing personas, including: CMO VP / Head of Marketing Head of Demand Generation Head of Digital / Growth Marketing Personalise messaging based on: Account insights Industry trends (Tech, FinTech, Telco) Madison Logic’s value proposition in ABM, demand generation, and media Book qualified discovery meetings for Sales Representatives across EMEA and APAC regions Collaborate closely with: Sales (Account Executives) Marketing (campaigns, messaging, content) Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM and sales engagement tools Consistently meet or exceed: Activity targets Meeting / opportunity creation goals Stay informed on: Digital advertising and B2B marketing trends Key challenges facing enterprise marketing teams Scope & Success Metrics: Outbound to named, target accounts (not high-volume lead chasing) Focus on quality conversations over quantity Success measured by: Meetings booked and accepted Pipeline influenced Engagement levels within target accounts Strong emphasis on account-based selling and strategic outreach Basic Qualifications: 1+ years experience in: Sales development, inside sales, or marketing outreach (B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech experience is a plus) Comfortable engaging with senior marketing stakeholders Strong written and verbal English communication skills Familiarity with: CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.) Curious about digital marketing, advertising, and B2B demand generation Motivated by targets, learning, and career progression into Sales or Account Management Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum Your Next Chapter If you’re excited about helping clients succeed, love the idea of working at the forefront of marketing innovation, and want to be part of a team where integrity, respect, innovation, urgency, and accountability aren’t just words — they’re how we show up every day — then let’s talk.
