About the role As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in this mission by generating new business opportunities through strategies that will contribute to our partner’s overall success and growth. In this role, you'll: Engage in proactively identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels Dive into research to understand target markets, industries, and key decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of prospects' needs and challenges Build rapport with prospects through different communication channels, effectively conveying the value of our partner's products and solutions Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine messaging strategies driving the company growth Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects for the sales team Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to uncover new opportunities About you: 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry A proven track record of successfully generating leads and achieving sales targets Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively You're a natural at building rapport quickly with prospects and colleagues Your self-motivated, results-oriented mindset drives you to exceed targets and contribute to business growth You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt easily to evolving priorities
