SUMMARY
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will oversee follow-up communication with guests after their visits to ensure satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and proactively sell previously declined recommendations. Success looks like consistently scheduled appointments, increased sales from follow-up work, elevated guest satisfaction, and growth in 5-star Google reviews. This position serves both our internal and external guests by developing meaningful relationships, delivering WOW through communication, and maintaining the company’s standards for ethical business practices.
