SUMMARY

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will oversee follow-up communication with guests after their visits to ensure satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and proactively sell previously declined recommendations. Success looks like consistently scheduled appointments, increased sales from follow-up work, elevated guest satisfaction, and growth in 5-star Google reviews. This position serves both our internal and external guests by developing meaningful relationships, delivering WOW through communication, and maintaining the company’s standards for ethical business practices.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & FOLLOW-UPS

  • Conduct post-visit follow-up calls to every guest to ensure satisfaction.
  • Re-engage with guests who previously declined recommended services.
  • Build value and trust by educating guests on the importance of declined repairs and maintenance.
  • Schedule appointments directly from follow-up conversations.
  • Communicate daily with location managers, advisors, and the operations team regarding guest updates.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction.
  • Proactively generate and request 5-star Google reviews by engaging satisfied guests and guiding them through the review process.
