ABOUT THE ROLE:

They are seeking additional roles within our Graduate Business Development Representative team due to the company growth. A Development Representative focuses on outbound and new business aiming to enhance every experience for our customers. A successful candidate will bring a high energy to an exciting role. The role will focus on delivering a new business their client base and new customers. With opportunities to attend industry events and earn commission, we think this is a great opportunity to join a fast growing company .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outbound / new business to existing customer and new business to increase customer spend
  • Cross selling and upselling new business
  • Calling out to our customers to enhance their IMS experience
  • Achieve KPIs set around new business and outbound activity
  • Engage with potential new customers or less regular customers
  • Ability to be responsible for your own development path, with support from your team
  • Manage targets to achieve business growth

About You:

  • Drive, confident and enthusiastic individual
  • Ready and motivated to be an expert in outbound business generation
  • Experience with Microsoft packages is essential
  • Pro-active and have a solution led outlook
