Description

ABOUT NOWPAC

NowPac is a leading Canadian contract packaging partner for consumer healthcare and CPG brands. We specialize in regulatory-compliant secondary packaging, retail display builds, and fulfillment solutions designed to help brands accelerate their speed to shelf and reduce operational complexity. Backed by the Andlauer Healthcare Group, we offer an end-to-end service platform with integrated warehousing, transportation, and distribution capabilities.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Business Development Representative (BDR) to help identify, qualify, and engage new brand and operations leads in the consumer healthcare and packaged goods space. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role focused on uncovering opportunities with companies expanding into Canada or launching new products in North America.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect Research: Identify and research brands that are importing, launching, or expanding product lines — especially in the consumer healthcare and general CPG sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Source decision-makers (e.g. brand managers, operations leaders, supply chain execs) via LinkedIn, press releases, trade show lists, retail listings (Costco, Walmart, Amazon, etc.), and industry databases.
  • Outreach & Messaging: Craft and send personalized outreach messages focused on the prospect’s pain points (regulatory delays, packaging constraints, fulfillment gaps, etc.) and NowPac’s value proposition.
  • CRM Management: Log leads and activity in Pipedrive with accurate notes, qualification status, and next steps. Work closely with Sales to pass warm leads for follow-up.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of product launches, distribution shifts, and supply chain trends in the healthcare and CPG sectors to fuel outbound strategy.
