As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Sales department is hiring a BDR (Business Development Representative) for our Americas business. Whether our clients need fast product enhancements, onsite engineering support, or rapid deployment across continents, we deliver. We accelerate digital transformation by providing exceptional network visibility, threat detection and operational insight for OT and IoT environments.
We are looking for someone with solid proven experience in Cybersecurity/IT Sales, who has high energy and is comfortable multitasking many customer, client and prospect sales and support cycles and generates a high volume of transactions on a monthly/quarterly basis. In addition, understanding and building relationships with key customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop territory strategy and build pipeline
- Prospect into new accounts through inbound and outbound methods leveraging the BDR tool stack, leveraging account-based research, MQL follow up (events, digital, ABM, and other channels), cold calling, social media, and coordinated campaigns
- Generate qualified meetings for sales that convert into opportunities
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly prospecting metrics as designated by the BDR Director (calls, emails, social media touches, speed to lead, and more), as well as monthly opportunity generation quota
- Partner with marketing, sales, and BDR leadership to develop strategic prospecting scripts, emails, and other outreach
- Articulate the Nozomi Networks value proposition to prospective customers demonstrating a good understanding of Nozomi Networks’ cybersecurity technology to overcome objections and book meetings
- Support sales and marketing efforts as needed (in-person and virtual event staffing, chatbot, campaigns, and more)
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be motivated to share the Nozomi Networks platform with our future customers
