Description:
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NP Digital Germany is looking for a Business Development Representative who is motivated, curious and eager to learn an exciting job within our Sales team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in business development and growth hacking while being supported by experts. You will play an active role in generating commercial opportunities by using innovative digital tools and cultivating a human approach.
Your mission will be twofold – 1. Learn how to optimize and automate outreach campaigns to increase our visibility and engage our prospects and – 2. Qualify and engage our inbound leads to identify key opportunities and schedule meetings with our sales experts.
To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Germany and have C1 proficiency in German language or are native speakers.
Qualification and monitoring of incoming leads:
- Contact inbound leads (via forms, advertisements or other channels) to understand their needs
- Learn to evaluate the potential of each lead (budget, needs, project maturity) according to defined criteria
- Present NP Digital’s services and create interest for an in-depth consultation
- Plan and organize qualified meetings with our SEO/SEA experts or the sales team
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads in the CR
Responsibilities:
Management of outreach campaigns:
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) under the supervision of our team
- Study and analyze campaign performance (opening rate, response rate, etc.) to understand levers for improvement
- Work with the Sales team to identify strategic targets
Qualification and monitoring of incoming leads:

Analysis and reporting:
- Provide regular reporting on activities and results to learn how to interpret data
- Participate in identifying areas for improvement to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and interactions with prospects
