Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your daily focus will be split between reviewing prospects and doing outreach to book a valuation or discovery call, and managing our CRM and pipeline.
As a part of the deal team, you will collaborate with our marketing and data teams to identify potential companies that we can provide value to. Your efforts will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales targets are met, and our advisors have a full pipeline of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the automated prospect outreach system
  • Work with leadership to improve sales systems, and sales copy to increase daily yield
  • Manage multiple sales pipelines in our CRM
  • Update CRM with relevant information from prospect communication
  • Manage CRM pipeline
  • Email warm prospects
  • Call warm prospects
  • Book discovery calls with our advisors
  • Communicate with the data team and marketing team on prospect quality
  • Manage your key performance indicators to hit the daily, weekly, and monthly goals
