Description

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in either Winnipeg, Toronto, Calgary, Saskatoon, Victoria, Edmonton and Halifax.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new group insurance opportunities for our team of sales advisors across Canada. You will target executive decision-makers in small and medium-sized companies to help them advance their corporate health and wellness offering.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE WITH PEOPLE CORPORATION, YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least five (5) years’ experience in an outbound sales environment selling solutions to executive decision makers (B2B).
  • Proven experience strategically using multiple channels to generate high quality opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, competitive and goal-oriented, with a passion for results.
  • Ability to express yourself in English is desirable.
  • You are constantly seeking to deepen your knowledge and improve yourself every day.
  • Team spirit: You know that sales is a team sport and that, to build something special, we have to make each other better.
