Job Overview:   We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to help expand our customer base.  Key Responsibilities:   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to convert into clients.  • Conduct market research to uncover potential target markets and customer needs.  • Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and partners.  • Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed records of outreach and communications.  • Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and necessary materials for client meetings.  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted outreach strategies and content.  • Track and report on the success of lead generation efforts, providing recommendations for improvement.  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and build connections with prospects.  Qualifications:   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  • Familiarity with sales and business development techniques.  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.  • Demonstrated professional presence and networking ability (strong LinkedIn profile preferred).  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
