POSITION SUMMARY: We’re looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is essential in expanding our reach in the meat processing and behind-the-counter seasoning markets. You’ll identify new business opportunities, engage with prospective customers, and provide qualified leads to support our outside sales team. This in-office role offers an exciting opportunity to earn commission on all first-time orders, with future potential to build and manage your own book of business. This role is office based in Iron Ridge, WI.  WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Identify and develop new leads in underserved or unrepresented territories • Build strong relationships with prospects and qualify new business opportunities • Conduct high-volume outreach through phone, email, and digital platforms • Understand customer needs and present tailored product solutions • Collaborate with the outside sales team to grow pipeline and support territory expansion • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and team KPIs • Track and maintain activities in Salesforce CRM • Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends • Participate in training and cross-functional initiatives • Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality assurance protocols • Other duties as assigned by manager WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • 3–5 years of experience in business development or territory sales • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in a high-volume environment • Experience in the meat industry or food manufacturing is a plus • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM/ERP platforms • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated with a proactive “hunter” mindset • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Ability to perform some light physical activity as needed (lifting, bending, standing) BENEFITS OF WORKING AT PS SEASONING: When you join the PS family, you’ll receive: • Competitive Pay • Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance • 401(k) with Company Match • Paid Holidays & Vacation • 50% Off Employee Discount • Employee Appreciation Events • Delicious Smells PS Seasoning is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
