You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building. Your work will lay the foundation for the sales team’s success, helping to qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers. This is a dynamic, high-impact role perfect for someone eager to contribute, grow, and make a direct impact on our success in the UK market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Respond to inbound leads, assess their business needs, and generate interest in Quinyx solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and create a pipeline of potential customers that will meet with the sales team to further explore our offerings.
  • Reach out to key stakeholders and introduce them to the benefits of Quinyx technology, ensuring a compelling and informative engagement.
  • Work closely with your team and manager to craft a compelling narrative, build interest, and set up meetings with decision-makers for the Account Executive (AE) team.
  • Managing the account handover effortlessly, never compromising on communication and continuing to build and manage your pipeline for other new prospective customers. Seamlessly transition customer accounts to the AE team while continuing to build your own pipeline of potential new customers.
  • Conduct research to understand WFM industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors, helping to refine outreach strategies and improve targeting.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure a seamless transition to the sales team. Use our advanced SaaS tech stack, including cadence tools, intent tools, and market research tools, to conduct effective outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve the sales process, identifying opportunities for optimization and seamless alignment between BDRs and AEs.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and raise awareness of Quinyx in the market.
  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of Quinyx offerings, enabling you to speak confidently about the solutions we offer and how they align with customer needs.
