You’ll be responsible for building high-quality pipelines through outbound prospecting, engaging inbound leads, and booking meetings with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, founders, and decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients. What You’ll Do 1. Outbound Prospecting (Your Primary Motion) Identify, research, and engage target accounts across MENA Build and run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, calls, LinkedIn) Personalize outreach based on company, industry, and HR/TA challenges 2. Inbound Lead Engagement (Your Speed Advantage) Respond to inbound leads fast and move them through early qualification Understand intent signals to prioritize high-conversion opportunities Convert MQLs to SQLs with tight follow-up and structured discovery 3. High-Quality Qualification Uncover pain points, urgency, decision-makers, budgets, and timelines Ensure only high-quality meetings make it to the Sales Manager / AE 4. Pipeline & CRM Ownership Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage Forecast your pipeline with precision 5.
