Description As a Business Development Center Representative, you will Monitor and respond to internet leads and phone traffic while maintaining high levels of performance related to message response times and scheduling of service appointments. Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to existing and prospective sales customers. Maintain a high level of performance & attention to detail while coordinating sales appointments. Communicate sales inquires, status updates with necessary sales managers/consultants. Actively and carefully manage/track sales leads. Ensuring accurate and appropriate protocol is followed with each call by following script, call tracking, data entry of customer information, appointment details.
