About The Position One of our operating companies, REDD, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Brisbane. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, turning prospects into qualified opportunities and booking meetings for our Account Executives to close deals. You will work hand-in-hand with REDD’s sales team, playing a key role in fueling our growth and shaping the future of our client relationships. Responsibilities: Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers. Conduct persistent prospecting via phone, email and social outreach to introduce our services and book meetings. Collaborate with the growth team to develop and refine outreach and business development strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activity in our CRM. Follow a structured sales process while injecting creativity and personality into your outreach. Demonstrate a self-starter mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to succeed. Perform other duties as needed to support the sales team and company growth. Skills required Minimum of 2 years in a Business Development Representative / IT selling position. Previous MSP experience Proficient in cold calling, lead generation and researching and qualifying leads or prospects. Familiarity with LinkedIn presales and ZoomInfo is desirable. Comfortable using MS Office Suite and CRM systems - experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred Strong rapport-building abilities with excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, resilient under pressure and highly goal-oriented.
