We are a leader in innovative smart waste technology and value-added solutions from coast to coast. As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our Sales team as a Business Development Representative.
We are looking for one (1) candidate for a new role that is located in BC, ideally the Metro Vancouver area. This job will be primarily remote, but will require the successful candidate to travel to client sites as needed.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Representative is a dynamic trailblazer, responsible for igniting new business opportunities and fueling revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing promising leads.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 CAD + commission
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and visit potential clients to promote products/services and present new opportunities.
- Negotiate, and execute service agreements, including pricing schedules.
- Conduct cold calls and manage the entire sales process using CRM tools.
- Develop and maintain lists of prospects, set up introduction meetings, and give sales presentations.
- Assist in implementing new programs for clients and upsell additional services/products to meet business targets.
