About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and supporting our sales pipeline. Each BDR is aligned with a specific division (Property, Industrial, Restaurant, or Contractor) and plays a key role in identifying opportunities and closing new business.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact assigned prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and uncover customer needs through consultative conversation
- Maintain accurate records and progress in HubSpot CRM
- Respond to inbound inquiries and support existing clients through order completion
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet growth targets

- Data & Prospecting: ZoomInfo, Google Search
- Communication: Microsoft Outlook, LinkedIn, Phone
- Documentation & Tracking: Microsoft Word, Excel
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $17.50 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)
