Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office) Salary: £30,000–£35,000 base + £50,000–£55,000 OTE Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About Eventogy Eventogy is a fast-growing SaaS platform trusted by some of the world’s leading law firms and financial institutions — including Clifford Chance, Deutsche Bank, Ford and Freshfields. We enable enterprise teams to create, manage and measure corporate events through a beautifully designed, secure, cloud-based platform. We’re now looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial team. This is a key role at the front of our sales engine, responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth and helping us reach our ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities Research and identify new business opportunities across target verticals (financial services, legal, professional services) Engage prospects via phone, LinkedIn and email to spark meaningful conversations Qualify leads and schedule product demos for our Account Executives Collaborate with Marketing to optimise outbound campaigns and messaging Maintain accurate records and activity notes in HubSpot CRM Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve prospecting efficiency and creativity Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, workflows and processes 1–2 years’ experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role (ideally in SaaS or technology sales) Confident communicating with senior stakeholders across phone, video and email Organised, energetic and resilient Genuinely interested in how AI can enhance sales workflows Motivated to learn, grow and contribute ideas Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment Work with global enterprise clients and a high-performing commercial team Clear career progression path to Account Executive or Account Manager Free gym membership to help you stay energised and balanced Hybrid working and flexible culture Regular socials, team offsites and a genuinely supportive environment
