Responsibilities

This is not a desk job — it’s a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face sales role. You’ll be out every day, pounding the pavement, introducing Enviro-Master to local businesses, and closing deals.

  • Knock on 30–40 doors daily — Prospect relentlessly. Generate new business through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.
  • Hunt decision-makers — Find the people who matter and get in front of them.
  • Compete and win — Deliver sharp, confident sales presentations that show businesses how we’ll improve their image, cleanliness, and customer experience.
  • Push through rejection — Not every door will open, but you’ll keep moving, knowing the next “yes” is around the corner.
  • Own your pipeline — Build and maintain relationships that turn cold leads into warm ones. Follow up aggressively and never let opportunities slip.
  • Track your wins — Keep accurate CRM records, hit your weekly metrics, and push yourself to beat them.
