JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers into long-term partners. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, contract negotiation expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with a keen understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions aligned with company goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.

  • Language proficiency in both German and English is required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the networking or IT sector, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships.Familiarity with open-source solutions and network technology is a plus.

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers, ensuring they understand VyOS services and processes.
  • Clearly communicate terms of engagement and address any initial questions or concerns.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, leads, and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions.
  • Address client queries and provide detailed product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Resolve any potential conflicts during negotiations to align client needs with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, network engineers, support, and development teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in HubSpot.Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to prioritize high-potential leads and ensure efficient progression through the sales cycle.
