Responsibilities

As our Business Development Representative (BDR), your mission is to connect with growing service-based businesses who are ready for a better way to manage their accounting. You’re the first person they meet on their journey with us—your ability to listen, empathize, and clearly articulate our values sets the tone.

Your role includes:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new leads through outbound and inbound channels
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their pain points and introduce our solutions
  • Managing discovery calls, follow-ups, and nurturing outreach with empathy and clarity
  • Collaborating with our leadership team to refine outreach strategies
  • Tracking activity and performance metrics in our CRM to continuously optimize your approach
