QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong desire to start or grow a career in B2B sales
  • Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and apply feedback
  • Proactive, self-motivated with an analytical mindset and a go-getter attitude.
  • Proven drive and persistence in hitting activity-based targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Be a Brand Champion!
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain high-volume outbound outreach, averaging over 40+ unique activities per day
  • Research and identify high-potential brands based on key criteria (revenue, number of SKUs, retail presence, etc.)
  • Qualify prospects based on packaging spend, growth potential, and order frequency
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure smooth hand-offs and strong meeting quality
  • Use Salesforce to log activities, track opportunities, and report on KPIs
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives to help move along qualified pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Personalize messaging to decision-makers (founders, operations, procurement, marketing) using insights from ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal resources
