In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving new business opportunities by generating leads, creating outbound sales campaigns, and helping our sales team connect with potential clients. This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America. What You’ll Be Doing: Create and manage outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities Research and identify potential leads, including sourcing accurate contact information Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients Coordinate and schedule in-person meetings for the sales team Maintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance in our CRM What We’re Looking For: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Experience using Google Suite Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and campaigns Preferably with hands-on experiences with the following platforms: HubSpot, YAMM (for email campaigns), and Quickbooks Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer Technical Requirements: Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace Why You’ll Love Working Here: 💰 Competitive Compensation We offer a monthly salary starting at USD 677 - USD 931, with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
