REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confidence in outreach and cold calling
  • Receptive to coaching and feedback

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Outlook
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience a plus
  • Knowledge of association or nonprofit sectors beneficial

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time availability for the duration of the Residency
  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to hit performance targets
