The Opportunity We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to fuel the pipeline and kickstart our sales engine. This is an entry-level sales role with huge growth potential, you’ll be prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that set the stage for big wins. What You’ll Do Prospect into target accounts and generate qualified opportunities Run high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn Partner closely with Account Executives to build and expand pipeline Develop a strong understanding of the AI/tech landscape Bring energy, creativity, and persistence to hitting and exceeding targets Requirements 0–1 years of experience (internships, sales experience, or other high-achievement backgrounds welcome) Strong written and verbal communication skills Competitive mindset with a track record of achievement (academics, athletics, leadership, etc.) Coachable, resilient, and hungry to succeed in a sales career Excited to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with lots of growth ahead
