The platform covers everything a practice needs to operate, including electronic health records, telehealth, billing support, progress tracking, wearable integration, and a patient portal. The company has strong momentum, with 200% quarter-over-quarter growth, a prior acquisition offer, and an ambitious revenue target for the year. The team is young, close-knit, and informal, with a professional edge when working with clients. The Opportunity This is a high-impact business development role focused on building top-of-funnel pipeline for a product with clear ROI and strong demand. You will be the tip of the spear for growth, generating opportunities through outbound and field marketing and setting the stage for the company's next phase of scale. The sales tooling and automations are already in place, so you can focus on outreach and conversations rather than building systems from scratch. You will work directly with the founding team in a tight-knit environment with real ownership and a clear path to grow as the go-to-market team expands. Responsibilities Generate qualified pipeline through outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn Represent the company at conferences and field marketing events Research and prioritize private-practice prospects in behavioral health Work within an established sales stack to manage outreach and sequences Partner closely with the founders to refine messaging and the sales playbook Requirements Experience in a sales development or business development role Strong outbound instincts across email, phone, and LinkedIn High energy and comfort in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment Professional presence when engaging healthcare practitioners Bonus: experience in healthcare or behavioral health, selling to private practices, or prior startup experience
