JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated BDR with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and a natural instinct for sales. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the tech industry while contributing to the rapid expansion of RentZoro.
As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving new business by cold calling, reaching out to potential customers, and booking product demos. You’ll introduce prospects to our solutions, ensuring a strong first impression and clear value proposition.
Experience in real estate or proptech is a strong asset, especially when engaging with industry-specific prospects. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Engage with prospective clients through a mix of inbound inquiries and proactive outbound outreach (including cold calling, email, and social media).
  • Qualify sales leads and schedule product demonstrations specifically for Real Estate Agents.
  • Understand each client’s needs and clearly articulate how RentZoro’s solutions can deliver measurable value.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through timely follow-ups and strong relationship building.
