Job Title: Business Development Representative / Telemarketer Company: ICE Consulting Position Summary: ICE Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Representative / Telemarketer to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence in the IT consulting landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients and engage them through effective outreach strategies, ensuring they understand the value of our Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) offerings. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set meetings. Qualify leads based on their needs and align them with our services. Maintain a detailed record of communications and client interactions in our CRM system. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals. Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies that will drive business growth. Ensure all follow-up activities with clients are conducted promptly to nurture relationships. Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies to improve lead generation efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate offerings to clients. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or a related field. Proven experience in selling IT services or consulting solutions is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making cold calls and engaging in detailed conversations with potential clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM Pakistan Time).
