JOB PURPOSE
Under direct supervision of the Call Center Sales Coach, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is part of Televerde’s Corporate Engagement Center Team.
As a BDR, your focus is to generate prospects for our clients’ sales team by contacting people who meet certain qualifications. The goal is to qualify leads with key decision-makers, by identifying their interests, needs, challenges and pain points, building trust within organizations that can turn into future sales opportunities. A BDR’s focus is not on generating revenue directly; rather they cultivate business.
