We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation and AI-powered sales at VidLab7. You’ll identify and engage potential customers, optimize outreach strategies, and collaborate with sales and marketing to fuel growth. This isn’t just another role - we need driven professionals ready to shape the future of AI-powered B2B sales.
Tasks

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research, identify, and engage potential customers for VidLab7’s AI-driven sales and marketing solutions.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, outbound email, and cold calling to book high-quality sales meetings.
  • Develop an understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICP) to create targeted outreach strategies.

Outreach & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, positioning VidLab7’s value proposition.
  • Build relationships with marketing, sales, and digital transformation leaders.
  • Use personalized, AI-driven messaging and videos to capture attention and drive conversions.

✅ Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Apply frameworks to qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM data to track sales interactions, lead status, and deal progression.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing teams to refine messaging and content for enterprise buyers.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, market insights, and customer pain points to improve outreach.
  • Work with the VidLab7 AI Avatar team to enhance automated outbound strategies.

Performance & Growth

  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and pipeline growth.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends, AI advancements, and VidLab7’s evolving product.
  • Be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with leadership to shape the future of AI-powered sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, ideally within a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and qualify leads using outbound channels like LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, key metrics, and pipeline management.
  • Experience with CRM tools to track sales interactions and optimize lead handoff.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage enterprise clients.
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and feedback to refine outreach strategies.
  • Fluent in English and German is a must.
