Aspire Software is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Lebanon. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential restaurant customers across Canada and United States. Run outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, emails, and social outreach. Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making processes, and readiness to adopt Sadie. High output activity metrics to achieve targets. Maintain detailed activity and pipeline records in the CRM. Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals. Represent Sadie with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine understanding of the restaurant industry Strong proficiency in Excel. High attention to detail and comfort working with operational and billing data. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring clarity and organization. Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization. Comfort communicating externally with customers when needed. Organized, dependable, and deadline-oriented. Curious, proactive, and improvement-focused. Preferred Qualification 1 to 3 years experience in research-focused SDR, lead generation or data enrichment roles Strong research capability using public websites, directories and business databases High attention to detail and ability to work at pace Clear written communication skills in English Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and spreadsheet tools Ability to follow structured processes and documentation
