LEAD RESEARCH & QUALIFICATION

  • Research inbound leads to ensure fit (company size, location, potential volume)
  • Apply basic qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT, ICP checks)
  • Keep lead and account data up to date in HubSpot

MUST‑HAVE EXPERIENCE

  • Currently enrolled student (Business, Economics, Communications, or similar)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone manner (German & English)
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and asking qualifying questions
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-up
Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

Support our Sales Development team by researching and qualifying leads, handling inbound prospects, and booking appointments with our full-time staff. This role is designed as an entry point into SaaS sales, providing exposure to pipeline creation, CRM processes, and customer interactions.

Your main focus will be:

  • Lead research and qualification
  • Handling inbound lead calls and emails
  • Appointment scheduling with Account Executives / Sales Managers
  • Maintaining clean data in HubSpot and ensuring follow-up discipline

You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that inbound interest is converted into high-quality opportunities for our sales organization.
