Responsibilities
  • Identifying, research, and map out enterprise target accounts, focusing on key stakeholders and buying committees.
  • Collaborating closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants to scope business requirements and ensure alignment on opportunity strategy.
  • Maintaining detailed records of account activity, stakeholder engagement, and qualification criteria in CRM
  • Developing and deliver multi-touch, highly personalized outbound campaigns using a mix of channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, video).
  • Qualifying enterprise prospects by uncovering organizational challenges, digital transformation goals, and readiness for a platform like Workvivo.
  • Articulating the business value of Workvivo’s advanced features, such as analytics, governance, integrations, and enterprise-grade security.
  • Building long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders across departments (HR, IT, Communications, C-suite).
  • Providing feedback to marketing and product teams on enterprise market trends and prospect needs.
