YuJa Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Business Development team. The BDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads. Our team is passionate, excited about growth opportunities and very creative. We are looking for people who are like-minded in vision but also can contribute to the diverse thinking our team requires.

Responsibilities

Our Business Development team members are at the forefront of our growth, responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, identifying and creating value, and helping to drive revenue by prospecting new clients.

  • Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations
  • Schedule qualified, online product demonstrations on a consistent basis, with monthly bonuses awarded for exceeding goals
  • Partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency
  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information
  • Opportunities to participate in company projects that support efficient company growth
  • Regular training on Sales, CRM, Target Markets, Product Knowledge, and more
  • For strong performers, there is a potential opportunity to advance career and learn the necessary skills to move into a sales closing-role
