Our mission is to help companies create inspiring and functional work environments while minimizing environmental impact. With a strong presence across multiple markets, we are driven by innovation and a commitment to redefining the future of furniture. Join us as we lead the charge in sustainable workplace solutions.
We’re growing fast across Europe and are now expanding our commercial team in Berlin. Right now, we’re on the lookout for Business Development Representatives across several levels as well as a Customer Success Coordinator. All the roles are perfect for someone who wants to develop their commercial mindset and relationship-building skills while working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

We’re looking for driven and commercially minded individuals to join our German team in Berlin. Whether you’re an intern, entry-level, or mid-level professional, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and helping us accelerate the transition to sustainable workplaces.

Your focus will depend on your level of experience:

  • Junior profiles will join as Business Development Representatives (BDR), focusing on outreach, lead generation, and early-funnel activities.
  • More experienced profiles will take on broader Account Executive responsibilities, managing complex projects and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Interns / gap years / trainees will support customer acquisition and learn the ropes in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We expect you to stay for a minimum of 12 month commitment with the goal of your internship/trainee position to develop into a permanent position.

Regardless of your starting point, you’ll be a key player in expanding our presence in Berlin and across Germany, collaborating with colleagues throughout the DACH region.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • For BDRs: Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled, for interns), preferably in business, economics, or related fields.
  • For CSC: Internship, student job, or 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or coordination role (e.g. customer support, hospitality, sales, etc.).

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Commercial mindset and motivation to contribute to business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (native or near-native) and English.
  • Reliable, proactive, and structured approach to tasks.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Interest in sustainability, design, or workspace solutions is a plus (not a requirement).
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
  • Like us, ye have a prereference for collaborating with your colleagues in the office - we believe it’s key for teamwork, energy, and building a great company together. That said, we are flexible and offer a hybrid-remote work solution.
  • that’s totally fine. Just align with your manager and make sure the work gets done.
