POSITION OVERVIEW

HubOps seeks a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our remote team. You’re a seasoned BDR with 3–4 years of experience in tech and IT services, especially in SaaS, DaaS, mobile or AR/VR development. You’ll generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help our company scale.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B business development or sales in IT services (SaaS, DaaS, mobile/app development, AR/VR, or related fields), with demonstrated success in client acquisition.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), with disciplined tracking of outreach and results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, with strong time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Ability to work from home proactively and independently.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use targeted outreach—cold calls, emails, virtual events—to identify and qualify prospective clients in IT services verticals.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales funnel, manage CRM entries, forecast updates, and track conversion metrics.
  • Sales Collateral & Proposals: Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and evolving tech demands to inform strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and client outcomes.
