Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a fully remote, commission-heavy role with a $10/hour base salary and uncapped earning potential.
Our BDRs are responsible for discovering potential clients, sparking conversations, and leading them to hire talent from our platform. This is more of a partnership than traditional employment, with massive upside in commissions and future equity for high performers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting and researching new client leads
  • Sending personalized video and text messages via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
  • Utilizing Techamana’s automation tech stack for lead enrichment and outreach campaigns
  • Booking and leading intro meetings with potential clients
  • Converting leads into active clients
  • Managing client accounts post-sale for ongoing commission
  • Collaborating with our global team
  • Representing Techamana’s high-quality talent pool effectively
