JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to promote and sell our air and land freight solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight and land freight services, pricing, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if applicable).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight sales (air & land freight).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business in air freight and land freight services.
  • Identify and approach potential customers through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotations, proposals, and service offerings to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
