Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in media or creative agency sales. The ideal candidate will be a proactive networker, skilled communicator, and result-driven professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify & Acquire New Clients – Research, prospect, and approach potential clients across multiple industries.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships – Build and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitching – Confidently present services, case studies, and campaigns to potential clients.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion – Utilize cold calls, networking, events, and digital outreach to generate leads and close deals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain updated records in CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive) to track leads and progress.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams – Align sales efforts with marketing and content strategies for seamless execution.
  • Upsell & Cross-sell Services – Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
