REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mandatory: Willing to be RNF-coded (Representative Notification Framework) for selling/recommending financial products when opportunities are available.
  • Proven track record in sales , business development , or financial advisory (insurance/FA industry preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in making outbound calls.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • ACTA/ACLP certification is advantageous but not required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2–3 years in Financial Advisory, Business Development, or related sales roles.

EDUCATION:

  • Diploma or higher.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and relationship-oriented Business Development (Sales) Executive to grow two of our core business units:
1. Recruitment Agency – Connecting top talent with organisations across industries.
2. SkillsFuture-Approved Training Academy – Delivering industry-relevant courses, including AI training, to equip employees with future-ready skills.
The role involves curating and building targeted prospect databases, arranging strategic meetings, and converting opportunities into sales across recruitment services, corporate training programmes, and financial advisory team growth initiatives.
This position is ideal for candidates with prior sales experience in the insurance or financial advisory industry , particularly former Financial Advisors who are RNF-coded and can also recommend financial services or insurance products when opportunities arise.

GENERAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DUTIES:

  • Follow up on leads from marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Engage prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to secure appointments and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline progress.
