Responsibilities

As a Sales & Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implement the business development strategy to achieve growth and market objectives set for the product line
  • Planning and implement effective BD, marketing and tender strategies and coordinate sales and marketing plans
  • Managing sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
  • Building and maintaining positive relations with our customers and developing close relationships to maximize knowledge on upcoming opportunities
  • Maintaining appropriate industry, technology, market, Service Partners, suppliers and competitors’ awareness and knowledge
  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
  • Creating technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects involved in proposal

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have significant experience in Sales with established project management skills
  • Have experience of medium-sized sales, handling country or large territory proposals
  • Have sound oral and written communication skills
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, document, plan, market, and execute program
