This role is for the mentor to manage and coach the sales team.
You will lead from the front, own the numbers, and drive the results by tracking KPI’s for the company. You will keep track of the scores every week and make the decisions that move the revenue growth up.
You will set your own performance standards and actions. Coach, Inspire and bring the absolute best out of the salesperson. Make the scoreboard matter and held the accountability in everyone for their results. Set up the high-performance sales culture
