POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development/Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the commercial landscape market.
This role involves building strong client relationships with key accounts, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations. This role will also entail managing and providing leadership to the commercial sales team.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client management in the landscape or related industries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in commercial landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction and maintenance services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
