ARE YOU A DRIVEN BUSINESS DEVELOPER WITH A STRONG BACKGROUND IN HEALTHCARE OR B2B SERVICES?

MedPros is seeking a results-oriented Business Development and Sales Manager to lead growth across our healthcare service lines, including:

  • Medical clinic management
  • OHIP billing services
  • Healthcare business sales and acquisitions
  • Virtual MOA / call-centre services
  • Clinic construction and turnkey clinic setup

We work with physicians, investors, and healthcare entrepreneurs across Ontario, helping them start, grow, and optimize their healthcare operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Ability to travel to client sites across the GTA and beyond
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ontario’s healthcare sector
  • Develop relationships with physicians, clinic owners, investors, and healthcare organizations
  • Lead outbound prospecting, networking, and attending relevant industry events
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline reports
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align services with client needs
  • Travel within the GTA
