Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Business Development Sales Manager with deep knowledge of the Miami and South Florida hospitality market. This role is designed for a hunter-style sales professional who can bring in new business, open new accounts, and expand CTO’s presence across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, South Beach, and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and secure new hotel and resort staffing & janitorial accounts across Miami and the broader South Florida region.
  • Position CTO as the go-to partner for hospitality staffing services.
  • Develop and execute a market expansion plan targeting luxury and high-volume hospitality clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with hotel executives, GMs, and operations leaders.
  • Consistently drive new sales growth and client acquisitions to achieve revenue targets.
