Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Vice President, the Business Development & Sales Manager will be a key strategic leader, focused on accelerating revenue growth and forming high-impact partnerships. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in manufacturing sales who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
You’ll lead sales initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to position Metallon for long-term success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable growth and long-term customer relationships.
  • Drive the full business development cycle—from lead generation and relationship building to deal negotiation and close.
  • Cultivate relationships with manufacturers and equipment sellers to expand our reach and reputation in key industries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, quality, finance) to deliver tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, addressing technical, financial, and quality-related inquiries.
  • Lead the quotation process by interpreting client specifications and ensuring accurate, competitive proposals.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic investments or partnership opportunities to enhance business value.
