Position Summary We are looking for a confident and proactive Architect/Builder Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with architects, builders, and contractors to position Savaria products prominently in project planning and execution phases. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging professionally with architects and builders, enjoys on-site visits, and possesses a blend of bravery, intelligence, and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively represent Savaria. Savaria Sales, Installation and Service Inc. supplies, installs, and maintains lifts and elevators across Ontario and is a subsidiary of Savaria Corporation listed on the TSX: SIS.  Work Location:    This is a 100% on-site position at 2 Walker Dr, Brampton, ON L6T 5E1 Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors to promote Savaria solutions * Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and presentations to ensure product awareness and specification * Position Savaria products early in project planning to increase inclusion in project designs * Identify and pursue new business opportunities by tracking construction projects and industry trends * Represent Savaria at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities * Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to support client needs * Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities within CRM systems * Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Director on pipeline and performance * Travel regularly throughout Ontario and occasionally to other regions (e.g., Calgary) * Perform other duties as assigned    Qualifications & Experience Education * Degree or diploma in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field preferred * Equivalent experience will also be considered * Both recent graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply Experience * 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role is an asset  * Experience working with architects, builders, or within the construction industry is strongly preferred Key Skills & Competencies * Energetic, driven, and tenacious with a proactive mindset  * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills  * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities  * Confident presenter with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively  * Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision  * Strong organizational and time management skills  * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  * Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments  * Professional, customer-focused approach with strong business acumen Why Work with Us? * Be part of a global, publicly traded company with a meaningful mission * Competitive compensation * Competitive salary with medical and dental benefits. * Opportunities for learning, development, and career growth * Work with a collaborative and inclusive team that values innovation and integrity * Make a difference by helping people access a better quality of life Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Savaria is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all individuals.
