  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in FMCG promotions, or business development.
  • Strong professional network within FMCG, retail, or marketing agencies.
  • Experience coordinating or managing promoters, freelancers, or third-party agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/lead management tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development / Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our presence in the FMCG and promotions industry. This role is not only focused on driving sales and marketing strategies for brands, but also on expanding our agency’s reach by introducing our pool of staff to FMCG companies for brand activations, in-store promotions, and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a strong network in FMCG markets, experience managing third-party partnerships, and the ability to identify opportunities where our services can add value to brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive business development initiatives to secure new FMCG clients for brand promotions and activations.
  • Introduce and promote our freelancers/promoters to brands for in-store activations, sampling, and marketing events.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to position our agency as a preferred partner.
  • Liaise with promoters, agencies, and brand managers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients and growth opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline: generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
