DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for identifying and developing new accounts and driving sales growth. Help develop and lead relationship management strategies to ensure sales retention as well as growth from existing accounts and customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Extend the reach of the company by developing new service offerings.
• Planning and preparing presentations for brand awareness as well as specific sales opportunities
• Provide management with feedback of business strengths and weaknesses, as well as forthcoming opportunities.
• Visit clients and know what their needs are.
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
• Responsible for preparing and delivering RFP’s, RFI’s, and tenders

SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industry
• Knowledge of the restoration industry and insurance claims processes is a strong asset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid driver’s license required clean background and driving record

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Focusing on computer monitors for extended periods of time.
• Able to work extended hours – including evenings and weekends as required.
• Typing proficiency.
• Mobile with good overall body movement.

  Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
