Position: Business Development Sales Representative Location: Athens, Greece Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively identify and research prospective clients within the target market using a variety of channels such as outbound outreach, cold calling, and social media. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and alignment with the company’s offerings through detailed qualification and discovery conversations. Initiate contact using personalized and engaging communication across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales process and convert interest into opportunities. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent/Native in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (at least B2). Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role. Proven ability in prospecting, qualifying leads, creating new business opportunities, and identifying upsell or cross-sell potential. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Skilled at delivering value-based messaging and establishing rapport across various communication channels. Ability to understand customer challenges, address objections, and position solutions to drive engagement. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and sales teams. Familiarity with sales development tools and CRM platforms.
